Tanzania’s M&E Plan guides key stakeholders on how to monitor and evaluate implementation of the Health Sector HIV and AIDS Strategic Plan. This includes provision of the definition of indicators to be used to report relevant results, sources of data, frequency of data collection, targets for each indicator, and institutions that are responsible for collecting and reporting this data.
