South African Guidelines for the Provision of Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) to Persons at Substantial Risk of HIV Infection

These guidelines were developed by the South African National Department of Health and focus on the provision of PrEP as a part of a comprehensive approach to combination prevention, drawing on implementation and research evidence and WHO recommendations.
