Philippines HIV Prevention Operational Plan, 2018-20

Building on earlier work, this plan aims to respond to the changing face of the HIV epidemic in the Philippines by broadening options for key populations. Planned initiatives include activities to address human rights-related barriers to HIV prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. In particular, the program will implement guidelines on provision of HIV services for young KP as well as new initiatives for people who inject drugs.
