Argentina’s national law for a comprehensive response to sexually tramismitted infections (STIs) and HIV released in 2022 by the Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Congress. This law enforces a multisectoral response to protect Argentina from STIs and HIV by making resources available, bolstering the use of health safeguards, the active participation of those impacted by these infections in developing policy guidelines, and more.
