Lesotho Strategic Direction Summary, 2023
PEPFAR Lesotho’s Country Operational Plan (COP) for 2023 – referred to as COP23 – is the culmination of work from the PEPFAR Lesotho interagency team, in collaboration with the Government of Lesotho, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, civil society organizations, and stakeholders. The LePHIA2020 demonstrated that Lesotho achieved the UNAIDS 90-90-90 targets, with 90% of people living with HIV knowing their status; 97% of those who know their status on treatment; and 92% of those on treatment virally suppressed.
