Final Revised National Monitoring & Evaluation Plan on HIV, 2016

In response to the 2011/12-2017/18 National Strategic Plan on HIV, this Monitoring and Evaluation Framework is designed to track and assess key HIV programs in-country, critical indicators and enablers of access to HIV programs, and respond to and report the needs of the government, development partners, implementing partners, the private sector, academia, and researchers.
