DR Congo’s new approach to combating HIV/AIDS builds on the UNAIDS triple zero goal of zero new infections, zero HIV-related deaths and zero HIV-related discrimination and stigma. The technical branch of the Ministry of Health has developed this guide to standardize the care provided by service providers for PLHIV and to educate and guide health care providers responsible for providing integrated HIV/AIDS care.
