Ncediso Gama
FHI 360 Knowledge Management and Research Utilization Officer, Eswatini
As a Knowledge Management and Research Utilization officer for FHI 360, Ncediso Gama is responsible for overseeing all knowledge-related activities for the MOSAIC project in Eswatini. His responsibilities include connecting internal and external stakeholders so they can act effectively and efficiently. Through MOSAIC implemented research, he also promotes and optimizes the usage of new and underused evidence to improve outcomes.
Milicent Kiruki
LVCT Health Senior Research Officer, Kenya
Millicent Kiruki currently works as a Senior Research Officer at LVCT Health. She has over eight years of experience in public health research implementing research projects in the areas of HIV prevention and Violence prevention and response. She has experience implementing strategies for translating research to policy and practice, such as stakeholder engagement, capacity building and provision of technical assistance.

Featherstone Gilbert Mangunje Mph, Bsc
Senior Technical Officer Adolescent Health, Zambia
Featherstone G. Mangunje is Public Health Specialist with extensive background in health care management, policy, and public health. He is a member of the PrEP task force in Zambia and the country lead for the PrEP pillar under the South-to-South Learning Network. With a wide range of interests, he enjoys reading, flying and playing several sports. Featherstone earned a Master Public Health from Texila American University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from CHRESO University.
Adaobi Lisa Olisa
Technical Officer — Gender Integration and Youth Engagement, FHI 360 – MOSAIC, Nigeria
Adaobi Lisa Olisa represents Nigeria on the MOSAIC NextGen Squad—a group of youth advocates from nine African countries that support meaningful youth engagement and gender integration across MOSAIC activities. She also serves as the country focal point for Knowledge Management & Research Utilization and Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL). She has a passion for gaining and sharing knowledge which has inspired her to author and co- author abstracts that were presented at local and international conferences. She has also co-authored internationally published articles including “Expanding Access to Oral PrEP for People Who Inject Drugs in Bayelsa and Niger States, Nigeria” and “Defining principles for a choice-based approach to HIV prevention” appearing in ScienceDirect.
Mpho Tapela
Technical Officer – Social & Behavior Change Communication, Botswana
Mpho joins the MOSAIC Botswana team as a Research Utilization & Knowledge Management Technical Backstop. She has 10 years’ experience working with Government, Civil Society Organizations, development partners and the community in the Public Health and Communications space. She is also the Safeguarding focal person for the MOSAIC project, to ensure the protection of the rights of program participants to deliver on the MOSAIC PROMISE. Mpho is passionate about inclusion of marginalized communities and People with Disabilities in programming, and she can communicate in Sign Language. Her role includes establishing knowledge products and knowledge sharing mechanisms to support the documentation and dissemination of project information, and to generate demand for PrEP new product uptake.
Nkunda Vundamina
Project Manager, Wits RHI, South Africa
Nkunda Vundamina is a Project Manager on MOSAIC with Wits RHI in South Africa. Her role, which centers around meaningful youth engagement, encompasses managing and supporting in-country activities, supporting the NextGen Squad and the central team, as well as research utilization and knowledge management. She is passionate about serving and empowering young women through knowledge translation, facilitating evidence-informed decision-making, as well as capacity building and mentorship.
