CROI 2023, the 30th anniversary of the Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections, kicks off February 19 and runs through February 22, 2023. The conference will be back to an in-person gathering at the brand new Seattle Convention Center, and will continue to be available virtually for folks unable to travel.

CROI 2023 program info is here.

Please join CROI Community Liaisons, CROI 2023 program co-chairs, IAS-USA, AVAC, The Choice Agenda, and other community partners and researchers for this webinar designed to help CROI registrants prepare for this exciting, intense, and sometimes overwhelming meeting. We will share insights, suggestions, strategies, tips and tricks to help all attendees make the most of their CROI experience, whether in Seattle or online – including some thoughts from researchers on how to digest and understand complicated looking science.

All interested CROI registrants are encouraged to sign up for this webinar, with an extra-special warm welcome to the 2023 Community Educator Scholars and other community members and advocates.

CROI was established in 1993 to provide a forum for basic scientists and clinical investigators to present, discuss, and critique their investigations into the epidemiology and biology of human retroviruses and associated diseases. The synergy of basic science and clinical investigation has been a major contributor to the success of the meeting. CROI has facilitated the presentation of important discoveries in the field, thereby accelerating progress in HIV and AIDS research. The best and most consequential original research defines the science at CROI, including research in HIV, hepatitis viruses, SARS-CoV-2, monkeypox, and other viral infections and their related conditions.
