Vibe with the NextGen Squad

Beginning in 2024, MOSAIC hosts quarterly 90-minute virtual learning sessions for young people to support and raise awareness on available HIV prevention method options. This youth-led and youth-focused webinar series was developed to be a safe space for young people to learn about the HIV prevention methods that are in market or coming to market soon. Each session is led and facilitated by members of the NextGen Squad (NGS), MOSAIC’s team of youth advocates. See below for information on past and future sessions. Access the slides and recording.

    In this first webinar, participants dove into the topic of oral PrEP for HIV prevention. The NGS shared facts about oral PrEP, talked through myths and misconceptions, and highlighted youth-friendly resources. Attendees heard from a panel of oral PrEP users and participated in a Q&A with a PrEP provider.
