Namibia is estimated to be at 92-99-94 as defined by the UNAIDS 95-95-95 treatment cascade, one of the first high burden countries to approach epidemic control Country Operational Plan 2023 (COP23) focuses on closing remaining population and geographic gaps to achieve health equity and end AIDS as a public health threat by 2030 while investing resources to strengthen systems that will enable the Government of the Republic of Namibian (GRN) to sustain the HIV/Tuberculosis (TB) gains and be better enabled to address all current and future public health threats.
